Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
- Oversee the organization's inventory including forecasting demand, maintaining accurate records, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain and inventory management functions.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory
