Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
- Analyzes, validates and troubleshoots vendor price file for missing purchase items, UOM issues, and price mismatch prior to load into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Loads contract price file into the ERP system for direct, O&M, LUM, Leases, Purchase Services contracts.
- Researches and resolves moderately complex price exception messages for contracted items including verifying receipt of product, mismatch lines, price discrepancies and resolve price issues with vendor rep prior to approving payment.
- Provides updates to Data Management team for changes to the purchase items.
- Validates system entities are linked to contracts.
- Compares and verifies pricing between Owens & Minor and the system and troubleshoot differences in order to resolve with vendor reps, Vizient, Contract Manager.
- Completes Surgitrack months prices changes and load into ERP 1st of month.
- Runs report queries for expiring contracts, buyer messages, and usage.
- Serves as a resource for more entry-level staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, Finance or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 to 5 years of related experience required

Remote with occasional on-site meetings
Candidate needs to live within commutable distance of Minneapolis/St. Paul or Western WI area
Occasional weekend hours needed.
