Castellini Company LLC/Club Chef Southeast located at 4322 Moreland Avenue in Conley GA is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator.

The Supply Chain Coordinator is a Full Time Salaried Position.

This position will provide daily customer service support for 3PL and 3PW customers and support daily order flow throughout the business. This role will recommend improvements to boost performance, reduce costs related to supply chain operations while working with various cross functional teams and levels to identify changes to systems and processes. This position will also be responsible for the onboarding and implementation of new accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supporting the daily operations and order flow of the Supply Chain department

· Engage with 3PL/3PW customers daily to ensure all orders Inbound and Outbound are received/shipped accurately and on-time

· Identify and provide root causes for 3PL/3PW issues that occur throughout the order flow process (i.e., from receipt of product to final delivery)

· Track KPI’s and report on specific Customer and Supply Chain’s performance

· Work as a team player within the warehouse, transportation, accounting, and supply chain teams to take advantage of opportunities for performance or financial improvement

· Documentation and Process Mapping for new 3PL/3PW customer onboarding and implementation

· Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis of operating results to senior operations and finance leadership

· Drive initiatives, as required by Business leaders

· Additional tasks as assigned by management as needed

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to deliver multiple tasks accurately in a time sensitive environment
• Update customer information in a database
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
• Collaborative communication
• Proactively engage independently with new and current customer(s)/client(s)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem solving / investigation skills
• Excellent computer and technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS, ERP, and TMS related database systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
• Experience with Excel required
• Experience working with Produce Pro and/or PowerBi preferred
