In the newly established position as Supply Chain Project Manager, your main task will be to manage and execute multiple strategic and cross functional projects with varying complexities within the Supply Chain in regard to production equipment, new products, capacity, rebuild, and optimization.
This position will be based at the US Headquarters in Roswell, GA and subsequently in Cumming, GA with a scheduled relocation at the end of 2023 and into 2024.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scoping and preparation of CAPEX projects.
• Outline scenarios as decision making foundation.
• Business case, investment application and budget follow up.
• Project delivery according to Success Criteria’s and Project Plan.
• Lead and motivate project team members.
• Stakeholder management of internal and external parties.
• Risk assessment and mitigation.
• Follow Project Model (stages and milestones).

PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree or similar professional experience between 5-7 years.
• Proven track record of completed small/medium projects.
• Ability to initiate project start and kick-off with project team.
• Ability to develop scope and describe project to stakeholders and team members.
• Capability of making business case arguments and investment applications.
• Capability of outlining project plan and ensure progress of same.
• Disciplined in budget follow up and reporting.
• Highly skilled in Identifying and mitigating risk exposure.
• Stakeholder management with great Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to expertly read, write and speak English.
