What Will You Do:
- Assist with ordering raw materials for production
- Assist with managing inventory fluctuations and performing investigations.
- Run various reports for planning and inventory.
- Preparing cycle count sheets for use.
- Daily analyzing the security log to confirm shipments both inbound and outgoing.
- Assist with converting batch numbers on bulk loads.
- Help with adjusting residual amounts in MIN's.
- Review and analyze absorption reports.
- Help with monthly metrics and reporting.
- Verify all process orders entered in SAP for accuracy.
- Provide assistance with production planning responsibilities.
- This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various levels of employees, management, and costumers as required
- Responsible for the administrative and general office duties
Position Details:
- Plant located in: Odessa, TX
- Work week and shift: DETAILS Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- High level proficiency with MS Office
- No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP a plus
- Previous chemical plant / manufacturing experience
