Learning Opportunities/Quality Works, Inc. (LOQW), is taking applications for a full time Support Broker. The office can be at either our Monroe City, Hannibal, or Troy, Mo locations. The Support Broker is responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities to manage the services they receive.

The current position is Full Time, 40 hours a week. The hours will normally be during the day but may require occasional evening hours. The salary range starts at $16.00 per hour, dependent upon experience and qualifications. Broker services will generally be at the individual’s home but may also be provided at times via internet services. Services may include the following:

• Assist individuals with disabilities in seeking support or resources
• Assist the individual with managing their services/supports (recruiting, hiring, managing of staff)
• Assist the individual with approving time sheets and establishing work schedules
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Requires travel
• Strong documentation skills
• Dedication to services provided and have interest in people with disabilities

Prefer 4 year degree from accredited college, but will consider high school diploma or GED as education and 4 years experience in related field.

• Ability to pass all appropriate and required screenings
• The ability to perform all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and be willing to obtain a Missouri Class E (chauffeur’s license)
• Must abide by personnel policies of LOQW as a condition for employment.
• Must be professional and have a high regard for customer service and satisfaction, a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, problem solving skills.
