Mailing, tracking, supply room stock/restock, inbound calls, mail sorting and distribution to office staff and back-up front desk phones. Well-rounded office skills of at least 2 years with experience handling phones in a professional or corporate office.
Type 35wpm+, Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency. Google Workspace a plus.
8a-4:30pm, M-F, temporary-to-hire
