Support Staff Job at Westaff
Moving Company in New Britain Hiring for a Support Staff Position!
Pay: $18 - $20 /hr depending on experience.
Shift: 1st Shift 8:30am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Review move requests and enter the necessary information into our system to register the move. Accuracy is key!
- Phone Calls- Must be pleasant on phone and comfortable with making 20-30 phone calls per day. These may be quality assurance calls, delivery confirmation, sales calls, etc.
- Assisting with answering phones and connecting call to appropriate department.
- Provide customer service support.
Requirements:
- Detail oriented
- Must be a self started and able to work independently
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
