Surgery Center Director Job at Clinical Management Consultants
An established healthcare organization is now seeking an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator to join their expanding team in the East Bay, California. This is a hybrid position.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center has six Operating Rooms, 2 Treatment rooms and performs about 8000-9000 surgeries a year. This ASC is a single specialty that focuses in orthopedic and spine surgeries.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will join an established outpatient surgical team. The Administrator will be supported by the Director of Nursing and oversee all center operations including personnel management, regulatory compliance, financial management, and any future growth projects.
Preferences will be given to candidates with previous experience with Orthopedic and Spine surgeries, Bachelor’s level degree in Business, Nursing, Health Administration, or related field, progressive leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery setting, and ability to lead and grow advanced clinical teams.
