Compensation:Proposed hiring rate of $19.00+/hour, depending on experience.

Green: Green team task in the mornings is to be in the Timbers and Indian Peaks Lodges. With the goal to help our guests properly dispose of their waste in either our compost bin, recycling bin, or our landfill bin.

• educate our guests on proper trash, recycle & composting techniques
• responsible for emptying & replacing waste bins inside and outside of lodges

Snow: In the mornings it's an all-hands-on deck situation to get the resort ready to welcome our guests. While snow removal is a crucial part of keeping our resort safe and fun. We're trying to put on our Play Forever lenses on. Looking at what we can do to be more efficient and use less resources to help make sure our impact on the environment around us is at a minimal level.

• we're taking on snow removal this season with new electric snow blowers
• logistics of how and where we put the snow to help keep our mountain and guests safe
• have a strategic plan ready for all major areas of the resort, having a quick response time to building snow levels, and being conscious of where we are putting the snow
• assist other sustainability teams on sunny days when snow removal isn't necessary
• is a champion of Play Forever, Powdr's corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment and support our community in Eldora's everyday operations

Hygiene: The day will start off with making rounds to all the bathrooms on the resort and making sure that our Bathrooms are ready to go for the day. This crew will also go around throughout the day checking bathrooms, checking the storage closets, and making sure we have everything we need for the day with both cleaning supplies and restocking supplies to handle the messes to come.

• during the day rounds will need to be done to ensure no wild animals destroy our restrooms and throw rolls of toilet paper all over the stalls
• help keep our bathrooms and common areas clean and safe from germs spreading and with sustainability in mind
• minimize waste by keeping on top of cleanliness, and avoid major problems from building
• help stay on top of the hygiene of the base area, we're using eco-friendly cleaners and all compostable products to help cut our carbon footprint
