Job Description
Savage X Fenty is looking for a seasoned executive to lead Strategy, Operations and Business Development. This role will work in close partnership with other internal cross functional teams and the external teams at Techstyle OS that provide back of house shared services support (Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Customer Service and Facilities). The ideal candidate will be a business driver with Direct to Consumer or Retail experience in strategy, operations and leading projects and initiatives.
The SVP Strategy, Operations and Business Development will collaborate with the Co-Presidents in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring levels. They will need to translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. Additionally, this person will oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
Responsibilities
  • Directly oversee internal operations, customer insights, and strategy; be a key partner to the Co-Presidents on global business strategy and FP&A
  • Be lead point of contact with the Techstyle OS teams overseeing Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Customer Service and Facilities and ensure those teams are appropriately supporting the brand’s business goals and objectives
  • Work in partnership with General Manager EU to deliver financial goals and metrics
  • Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Savage X Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
  • Monitor customer cohort performance, identifying areas of opportunity or risk and determining corrective measures when necessary to drive a healthy customer base; be obsessed about exceeding customer expectations
  • Lead analysis on our membership program performance and develop recommendations for improvement; lead membership related initiatives
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with investors and board members, driving board materials and presentation process
  • Own business development for the brand including international licensing and global wholesale businesses
Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in operations, strategy, and leadership,
  • A broad range of leadership experience across multiple disciplines and functional areas
  • A focus on the development of people and leadership skills
  • Experience spearheading large, complex company wide programs
  • The ability to provide strategic thought leadership on how we can continually create a better experience for our customers
  • Experience working closely with public and private boards

The annual base salary range for this position is from $260,000 to $300,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
