The SwimRVA Swim Instructor job duties:

• Manage a wet classroom consistent with SwimRVA's unique teaching platform
• Effectively teach swimming skills and water safety to children and adults
• Creatively incorporate diverse and fun activities into lessons
• Assess participants swimming skills for appropriate station placement and advancement

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and work ethic
• A love for teaching, water and aquatics programing
• A desire to grow professionally through aquatics

Salary/ Benefits:

• Part-time position
• Starting salary at $13.00/hour
