Essential Attributes:
    • The Mission of the Clerk of Courts has a high degree of public accountability, regular attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.

    • Work cooperatively with other employees of the work unit and embrace a teamwork approach to completing tasks.
Essential Tasks:
    • Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, this key role is responsible for developing client/server and web based applications as required by the organization
    • Develop business applications utilizing primarily .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, JQuery and MVC, DevExpress
    • Enhance and modify current applications written in C#, ASP.NET and MVC, DevExpress
    • Develop system interfaces and data extracts
    • Develop queries utilizing Structured Query Language
    • Develop stored procedures
    • Develop interfaces with Microsoft products
    • Develop/maintain reports utilizing Microsoft Reporting Services
    • Ability to acquire or have knowledge of current procedures to accomplish tasks within areas of responsibility of department’s overall operation and workflow
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage work to meet necessary time requirements and
    • workload, while using good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills in a fast paced environment.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
    • Ability to read, research, and/or interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
    • Ability to communicate effectively with organization users at all levels to address the needs of each department
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Possess programming skills with .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio 2017 and higher
    • Being able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
    • All other duties as assigned
    • NO SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum Skills/Qualifications:
    • Graduate of an accredited four-year college/university with major course work in computer science or information systems and a minimum of three years of working experience in programming in C#, ASP.NET and MVC. Python, PHP, Ruby, OnBase, Dev Express, and/or Telerik knowledge a plus.
    • Demonstrated analysis and design skills, and experience working through the full software development lifecycle.
    • Minimum of three years working experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2016,or 2019, Microsoft Office , MS Reporting Services
    • Ability to maintain attention to detail
    • Ability to perform maintenance activities including problem definition, isolation and resolution

Hiring rate: $50,696.26 - $78,905.64
Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm (REMOTE) In the office twice a week during a training period for the first 3 months, and then once a month as needed.:
