Aspen Consulting Group is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer. This position is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence at APG, MD 2 days a week.

Minimum Qualifications:

· TS clearance required: TS/SCI clearance preferred

· Ability to travel (25% travel time)

· Experience performing the key responsibilities mentioned below

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide System Engineering support for PdM Data and Analytics Intelligence Applications Army modernization efforts

· Experience in requirements definition, analysis, design, and software quality assurance

· Support prototyping, development, integration, and tests (including system of systems interoperability)

· Prepare test documents and support vendor software tests

· Perform Multi-domain collaboration (e.g., All Source, Targeting, Interoperability, Geospatial, and Weather)

· Liaison between the Intel Apps domains and Operational Analysts, Human Factors Engineering, Army Capability Manager-Foundation (ACM-F), and Geospatial SMEs

· Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, confluence)
