THE ROLE

The role of a Talent Coordinator is to generate, interview, onboard, and retain quality coaches for programs across California. This role is essential to the successful implementation of the Elevo Learning programs in the districts we partner with. Talent Acquisition Coordinators possess the ability to take initiative, adaptability to changing priorities, high sense of urgency, and ability to build strong relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

  • Lead Generation: Community outreach including but not limited to contacting local college and University personnel, posting on social media, referral campaigns, and job postings.
  • Attract and recruit qualified candidates in order to meet deadlines
  • Phone Screens: Screening candidates in a timely manner to quickly determine if they should move forward with Elevo’s recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Coordination and live interviews: Coordinating and conducting live virtual interviews.
  • Onboarding: Moving candidates into hired status and ensuring all onboarding processes and procedures are being followed in a timely manner.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years previous background in sales, operations, talent acquisition or customer service
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with databases, sales software and services, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing CRM (HubSpot) systems strongly preferred
  • Proficient with Google drive/tools: Excel, Docs, PPT
  • Understands the importance of data integrity to provide accurate pipeline reporting
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple people and departments internally
  • This is a primarily remote position, with a strong preference for candidates based in Southern California. Travel to and from San Diego and the LA area may be required.
