Do you want to join a team of dedicated and passionate HR professionals who are excited to come to work each day? We’re seeking a creative Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the organization’s growth in talent. This role will closely collaborate with program leaders to enhance our talent pipeline and ensure that it is in alignment with BHcare’s mission, vision, and values. This role will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will oversee and support the Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment process.


  • Oversee the development and ongoing engagement of strategic talent acquisition efforts- both internally and externally, to support immediate and long-term needs.
  • Facilitate a meaningful orientation experience that aligns with organizational requirements and successful employee experience.
  • Foster a workplace inclusive of creating opportunity, serving others, building trust, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience in the field required.

3+ years of supervisory experience required.

5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience required.

Background in behavioral health and healthcare staffing required.
