Talent Acquisition Partner Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Partner recognizes and champions ReDiscover’s aspirational culture when prospecting, sourcing, and attracting qualified talent to join Team ReDiscover. The Talent Acquisition Partner will take on the full life-cycle of recruitment and can expect to be a vital asset to ReDiscover’s strategic business plan by utilizing:


Strategy & Planning

  • Partnering with hiring managers to help determine the needs of the department.
  • Networking and partnering with local organizations to build relationships and generate candidate interest.
  • Providing coaching to our leadership and hiring managers on talent trends, forecasts, and best practices for talent acquisition.
  • Providing concierge customer service to hiring managers and candidates who choose to apply to ReDiscover.
  • Reporting on the status of existing department openings and managing the talent acquisition for assigned departments in routine talent acquisition team meetings.
  • Attendance at community and networking events.


Operational Management

  • Coordinate requirements of the open position with hiring managers and candidates to ensure qualifications are being met for consideration.
  • Scheduling and conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews, and meetings with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct onboarding screenings such as pre-employment background screenings and medical screenings.
  • Support the strategic goals and mission/vision/values of ReDiscover when interacting with clients, coworkers and community stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the mission of ReDiscover by adjusting work priorities and duties as needed to meet unforeseen demands.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

By joining Team ReDiscover, our expectation is:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or closely related field.
  • Preference is given to the candidates with credentials as an SHRM-CP/PHR, or SHRM-SCP/SPHR.
  • At least three (3) years of human resources and talent acquisition experience.
  • Working knowledge of labor/employment laws and developments.
  • Strong interviewing, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Understanding the function of nonprofits, specifically within behavioral healthcare is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite.
  • Acts with integrity by observing ReDiscover policy/procedures, accreditation standards, laws, and ethics.
  • Self-Driven individual with a customer service focus.
  • Team-Oriented and skilled in collaborating with others.
