Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be accountable for owning and directing full life cycle recruiting for your assigned business areas. Your duties will include serving as a strategic advisor with various levels of leadership, and Human Resources Business Partners to proactively identify recruitment needs. Under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent. Solves complex talent acquisition challenges by aligning relevant solutions. Working with the company's leaders and managers, Talent Sourcing Manager must have expert knowledge in staffing strategies, sourcing, recruitment, candidate development, interviewing, selection and hiring practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and keep strong relationships with hiring managers, including working with them to figure out what they need and how to source qualified candidates.
  • Perform full cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions, including maintaining the offer process and salary negotiations
  • Guide positive candidate engagement, providing an excellent candidate and internal customer experience
  • Create and implement strategies around marketing, sourcing, inclusive recruitment, and other key processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment related concepts, systems, processes and procedures through planned training events and candidate interactions.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Assist with additional recruitment initiatives such as Employer Branding, Employee Referral Programs, Early Career and Candidate Experience as needed.
  • Ensure the hiring process complies with company policies/procedures, employment laws, and related regulations.
  • Demonstrated change leadership ability, particularly in new process development as required and continuous process improvements for existing processes
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with functional and senior level business management.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of talent needs and help to develop a pipeline for recruiting top talent
  • Provide strategic HR leadership in support of organization's talent needs and objectives
  • Recommend, develop, and update HR policies related to recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Facilitate training seminars on ATS, Hiring Process, Interview Process, and anything else involving recruitment and onboarding.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience working in a large corporate, retained, or contingent search agency, inclusive of 2+ years' experience assisting Director level and above hiring managers
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (2 or 4 year) or equivalent experience
  • Strong background and knowledge in all recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing and relationship management.
  • Must possess strong organizational experience, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter.
  • Must be able to work proactively and resolve intricate issues using sound business judgment.
  • Strong computer know-how and experience working within an applicant tracking system - Workday preferred.
  • Experience interacting effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as the public.
  • Excellent oral and written communication techniques and effective presentation experiences.
