Qualifications include:
- Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM) credential from the Florida Board Certification (FBC) a must.
- Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, criminal justice, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development) and have a minimum of one year of full time or equivalent experience working with children and adults with emotional disturbances.
- Previous Targeted Case Management experience
- Have knowledge of available resources in the service area for people with emotional disturbances.
- Is knowledgeable of and comply with state and federal statutes, rules and policies that affect the target population.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute throughout Broward County to see clients
Requirements:
- Candidate must pass Level 2 FDLE background screen, local background and drug screen.
- Candidate must be a Florida resident
- - Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM).
- Knowledge of how to complete documentation in the EMR
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
