We are looking for someone with leadership experience to join our management team.

Full Time 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday – Friday, Location is in Englewood Cliffs New Jersey.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the insurance processes including prior authorizations, length of stay & appeals
• Review & write daily reports
  
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills
  
• Communication with clients & health insurance companies about processes
• Follow through with process changes to satisfy our clients

• Respond to multiple emails & voicemails daily
  

• Ensure that the highest level of reimbursement is requested
  

• Ensure denials such as NOMNC are completed promptly
  

• Document all communications thoroughly throughout the day
• Ability to navigate through our software & web-based medical software
• Ensure the Case Management team follows clients' instructions and attends meetings on time
• Ability to work from our office from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Friday
• Able to take calls after hours and on the weekend piratically

Requirements:

• Leadership experience required
• Ability to lead a team of 10 individuals
  
• Ability to coach, document, and follow through on escalations
• Enforce policy and procedures
• Ability to educate case management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Friendly & good customer service skills
• Knowledge of insurance verification & eligibility
• Basic Medical Terminology
• Healthcare in the nursing rehabilitation setting experience a plus
• Organized & strong attention to details
• Punctual & good time management
  
• RN, LPN, DOR, DSW, PT, or OT a plus
