Team members are responsible for assisting customers in the scoop shop. Team members are expected to be productive and effective, performing a variety of duties to include (but not limited to): scooping ice cream, handling cash, baking, cleaning, maintaining excellent customer service, and attending team meetings. Team members support and perform all job duties as directed by the Manager.
