Our team is comprised of career pet caregivers, reformed corporate 9-5ers, retired schoolteachers, service industry veterans, collegians... the list could go on.
Roles within TPSCC range from direct animal care to human client care. On the job training is involved in each position. We’re a small business looking to grow- and we love to have our employees grow with us.
We’re not looking for animal related experience, we’re looking for a mindset.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Optimistic and eager to learn new things
- Committed to doing the job right
- Not afraid of messes, or cleaning during large portions of their shift
- Not afraid of animals of any size, or constant hustle and bustle during an entire shift
- Ready to love our furry guests like their own!
- Looking for a career with a company they can grow with
- Responsible and reliable; someone who can be counted on to show up for the animals and their teammates
- Comfortable taking initiative and communicating openly with teammates and team leads
