REQUIREMENTS

• Work quickly while smiling and having fun to help Chick-fil-A Altoona meet its store goals
• Possess a heart for service by using exceptional hospitality skills to delight guests and employees
• Prepare and deliver an exceptional quality product in a fast and accurate manner to make guests smile
• Follow the Golden Rule: Treat others as you would like to be treated and show up daily with a positive attitude
• Complete customer transactions in a friendly and accurate manner while serving them directly or working at a particular station
• Focus on food safety and cleanliness at all times to help us provide safe service to our guests; and whether it is with your appearance, or your work station, the cleaner the better
• Be ready to develop your skills and grow as a person and as a professional
• Possess the ability and desire to multi-task and perform in positions that require you to be mobile, on your feet, and able to reach and lift items up to 50 pounds
