The Back of House Team Trainer role was designed to give high achievers an opportunity to train and develop new and existing team members. The position requires candidates to complete a 30 day training course, successfully complete a food safety and quality assessment, and demonstrate a clear understanding of our restaurant's core values.

Upon completion of training, candidates will begin teaching new and existing team members in our kitchen.

Team Trainers in the Back of House will be responsible for:

• Teaching new hires the "Food Safety Five"
• Teaching and demonstrating position specific responsibilities (i.e. breading, sandwich assembly, waffle fry packaging, etc.)
• Continuously improving and ensuring "Operational Excellence"
• Maintaining strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
• Coaching new and existing team members on quality specific restaurant systems
• Ensuring overall cleanliness, stock and organization

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a genuine desire to learn
• Be willing to receive constructive feedback, be coached, and corrected
• Expect a quick-paced work environment in which we deliver an elevated dining experience to our guests
• Communicate clearly and concisely
• Have a passion for organization and attention to detail
• Be a person that can demonstrate taking initiative in any situation, proactively anticipating team and guest's needs.
• Be able to multitask and perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
