This is a multi-hat-wearing HR Job ideal for someone with aspirations in VP Management position, learning from our CEO most aspects of 2 different businesses: The first is a 100 person security guard firm. Primary job duty will be recruiting, training, onboarding, and scheduling mostly unarmed security guards. High-volume of daily calls required and some recruiting experience helps. The Assistant Security Operations Manager must also learn a new UKG/Kronos time and attendance software that the security company will be soon using. This time and attendance software not only tracks time, but also allows HR to check-in with employees, ensuring there are no claims or complaints in the workplace. Combing HR Check-In with time and attendance, this software will also be used by clients, and we want the Assistant Operations Manager to help set-up these clients, implementing their preferences and training their teams. Strong writing and communication skills, a tech-savvy mindset, the ability to work under pressure, a flexible schedule and a steller work ethic are all qualities we seek. Knowledge in Labor Law, scheduling and payroll helps. An agreed-upon base pay with multiple revenue streams including significant commission potential. For the 1st 90 days there will be an agreed-upon hourly rate.
