We are hiring for a full-time TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST that will help support and enhance the enterprise software to ensure the customer experience is seamless end to end, and that staff have the tool to make that happen.
This is a full-time in office position based out of our Wixom, MI headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the “go to” person within a department or function for questions and problems within his/her area of expertise; Sales/Service; Resolve issues relevant to business unit needs within their area of expertise (Sales or Service).
- Understand the language/terms/jargon in his/her area of expertise; Sales/Service.
- Help define procedures or standards, since he/she has the knowledge of what the right or best way to execute a task would be.
- Conduct and facilitate requirement gathering sessions and document results.
- Validate the requirements and deliverables that describe the service(s) that the project/program will produce.
- Obtain approval for changes to rules, processes and policies, Statement of Work (SoW), and agile releases.
- Explain his/her area of expertise clearly to others and bring information about the project/program back to the General RV community.
- Write user acceptance tests/cases and determine measurements of success, and liaise between testing resources.
- Test agile releases to ensure successful production deployments.
- Provide input into and/or create and execute user documentation and training material.
- Identify, define, communicate, and negotiate for solutions (technical, business process/procedural, etc.) that will maximize the value delivered by an organization or business unit to its stakeholders.
- Act as a communication conduit between the stores, corporate, and the development team.
- Translate technical and architectural issues so that project/program stakeholders can understand and make effective decisions.
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience working with an agile development team
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or related certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Complete understanding of different modeling techniques and methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of the team.
- Positive attitude.
