Responsibilities
As the Technical Product Manager working on a hybrid basis for John Deere Future Large Tractors in either Waterloo, IA, Urbandale, IA, or Moline, IL, you will be challenged with leading the definition and delivery of the Next Generation Operator Experience.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the technical product roadmap definition and software feature prioritization and ensuring alignment with adjacent product teams’ delivery timelines for the operator experience.
NOTE: Relocation assistance to the Moline area is available for non-local candidates.

What Skills You Need
5+ years of customer-facing needs-gathering expertise- Familiarity with Precision Ag Displays in crop production system environments
- Knowledge of global agriculture applications and technology and their potential to enhance the lives of farmers and contractors
- A track record of taking initiative and building strong and productive relationships
- Experience working alongside agricultural customers and engineers
- Ability to rally a team to build great Precision Agriculture products
What Makes You Stand Out
Knowledge of working directly with precision ag displays used for production agriculture- Skilled in operating precision ag equipment and managing crop production systems such as tillage, planting, seeding, application, and harvest
- Proficient in software product development processes
- Acquainted with global agricultural practices
- ECAP 1.0, 2.0 experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural-related studies, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
