Technical Recruiter
- Source and identify candidates according to open orders.
- Good IT knowledge.
- Identify variety of job sites to display/share vacancies (Indeed, Clasificados Online).
- Participate on calls with clients once order has been approved and meetings as needed.
- Identify recruiting needs for customers.
- Develop talent pipeline for future needs by identifying candidates.
- Create a data base by industry of potential candidates interviewed during the week in our HR master list.
- Create recruiting templates or documents as needed.
- Identify high end candidates to create bios for potential offering to other clients.
- Research salaries for market comparisons and provide orientation to clients.
- High volume recruitment experience (sourcing, interviews, selecting).
- Onboarding process support if needed.
- Fully bilingual (both verbal and written)
- Attention to Detail, Good Communication Skills, Compromise.
- Full-time – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: From $14.50 per hour
