Technical Services Engineering Technician (MEDICAL DEVICE)

SUMMARY: The Technical Services Technician will support the Technical Services Engineering Team with program launches and value improvement projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Batch record creation and management
• Validation execution and testing
• Creating lab testing documents to support validations
• Preparing reports for approvals
• Validation material management
• Working with program managers to support questions and ensure timeliness of program outputs
• Support other operations and engineering tasks as assigned, including packaging testing, non-conformance investigations and process improvement activities

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1-3 years’ relevant experience in medical device or other regulated industry.

• Advanced Technical writing proficiency

• Excellent communication skills

• Keen eye for detail

• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of GMPs
• Experience with Microsoft Project preferred
