TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
(This position is located at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA)
Oneida Technical Solutions is currently searching for experienced PC Technicians / Technical support professionals to work full-time at Robins Air Force Base. This position assists customers with technical support of desktop and laptop computers, applications and related technology. The responsibilities of the job may include the following: replacing hard drives and memory modules; maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, hardware, and software and computer peripherals.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- Current CompTIA Security+ CE certificate
- 1+ years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop PCs
- Customer Service skills
- Security Clearance or capability of obtaining a government security clearance
- IT education preferred
