Technical Teacher/Trainer Job at Twin Vee Powercats
Twin Vee PowerCats has been building the best riding boats on the water for over 28 years still going strong! If you are experienced in developing technical training programs, identifying training needs, and facilitating training sessions we want to hear from you! This is a full time position in Fort Pierce Florida.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver technical training programs for new employees, including orientation and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with management to determine training needs and design curricula accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, such as manuals, handouts, and videos.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics such as retention rates and job performance.
- Identify and address individual training needs, providing one-on-one coaching as needed.
- Stay informed of industry developments and incorporate relevant information into training programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Facilitate group learning sessions, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
