What we do:

Reckner, through employee expertise, provides innovative research services to a broad range of consumer products and healthcare clients including manufacturers, international market research companies and custom consulting companies. The corporate office is located in Chalfont, PA. Reckner has facilities in Pennsylvania, New York and Wisconsin.

Schedule:

These positions are part time, up to 28 hours per week. The schedule for these positions fluctuates and includes both daytime hours and evening hours. There is no set weekly schedule.

Schedules are determined in advance.

Responsibilities:

These combined positions of Telephone Interviewer/Client Service Assistant include recruiting respondents for market research tests as well as to assist with test execution. The Telephone Interviewer role involves calling respondents and asking questions to determine if they meet the criteria to participate in studies. The client service role provides services and support for our clients and respondents. This includes setting up for consumer research tests, working directly with consumers and clients during test execution and breakdown/ clean-up of testing space.

Role Specifics:

· Call and screen respondents for participation in research studies

· Schedule respondents to participate in research studies

· Managing the needs of clients

· Greeting respondents upon arrival

· Assist with test execution

· Audio/visual recording of research sessions

· Administrative tasks: answering phones, making copies/scanning and uploading files

Requirements:

  • Must have ability to work a flexible and variable schedule, both daytime hours and evening hours

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skill with high attention to detail

· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Positive and team oriented

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Requires ability to lift 35 pounds

· Requires ability to walk for extended periods of time and bend, lift, reach regularly

· Experience in market research, call center or customer service preferred

. Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19

Pay: $20.00 per hour
