We are inviting you to apply for Telephone Operator. In this position, the telephone operator is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests over the telephone; during check-in and at check-out, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Will also be responsible for distributing guest requests to the proper departments (i.e. Housekeeping or Maintenance requests.)

We do require that you are proficient in computer usage. Evenings and weekends a must. Proficient in Windows software preferred.

Public transportation available to Kalahari through Monroe County Transit Authority (MCTA) by way of the Silver Route.
