Temporary to start with a possibility of temp-hire available for the right fit!
Full cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, interviewing and onboardin candidates.
Prescreen candidates for schedule availability, schedule and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
Post jobs to websites and other recruiting sources and use social media to attract candidates.
Administer onboarding and new hire paperwork.
Coordinate and participate in hiring events and job fairs.
Process background checks and drug screening.
1 year of recruiting background and experience required.
Call center recruiting a plus!
BS/MS in Human Resources Management is preferred.
$20-$25/hr+ DOE.
