Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a LVN/LPN for a Long Term Care Unit in Tupper Lake, NY

Salary

• $1940 Gross Weekly
• $48.50 Blended
• $62 Overtime
• $18 hourly taxable
• $420 meals ($10.50 hourly )
• $800 Housing ($20 hourly)
• Until April 1 with possibility to extend
• No time off approved for MAY 26-29, 2023 (Memorial Weekend and Day) IF NEEDED/SCHEDULED
• 37.5 hours guaranteed

Requirements

• Must be Covid Vaccinated
• A reference from current role
• TRAVELER MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MAY 26-29, 2023 (Memorial Weekend and Day) IF NEEDED/SCHEDULED. RTO DURING THIS TIME WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
• Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience (must include Geriatric experience)
• Prior travel experience within the last 6 months
• Will be expected to float between Rehab & LTC units
• BLS (AHA) Certification
• MUST HAVE OWN AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION THIS IS A RURAL AREA AND RENTALS ARE SPARSE

• Number of beds in unit: 20-40
• Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric
• EMR: PointClickCare
• Dress Code: Traveler provided scrubs
• On site housing (dorm style) available on a first-come, first-served basis (through client). Room rates range from 652-761/month
