We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our Anderson-Negele team in our Fultonville, NY location! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supplying proper application, pricing, and delivery/expediting, ordering and technical information to our customers. The representative will be the liaison between our external customers and Anderson-Negele Marketing, Sales and Operations.

In this role you will:
Provide pricing and delivery quotations and specifications of products via phone, e-mail and web inquiries.

Finalize and enter customer orders

Act as a liaison and support between customers and the Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing departments

Promote company growth by providing world class service to customers handling all inquiries received

On your first day, we’ll expect that you’ll have:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in a technical or business related field preferred.

0 – 3 years of customer service experience, in a technical and/or manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience working in complex database and with sales and service is preferred.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.

Microsoft Office proficiency.
