Temporary Painter/Maintenance needed for small assisted living home.
Primary Tasks::
Interior painting
Exterior painting
Secondary Tasks:
Minor miscellaneous repairs
All applicants should have:
*Ability to follow oral and written instructions
*Able to walk, stand, stoop and bend during most of an 8 hours workday
*Knowledge in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
Experience in the following fields A Plus:
Healthcare, facilities, repair, construction
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
