Job Summary
The TES Agent Assistant will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the goals and objectives of the 4-H and Youth Development program as well as assisting with other County office duties as needed.
The primary focus of this position will be assisting with the preparation and conduction of the 4-H Clover Classroom summer youth program. This program is for youth ages 9-14.
Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus. Essential Functions
The Agent Assistant will also assist in preparing curriculum, implementing youth activities, and entering enrollment data. Must have good organizational and basic technology skills. Will assist and/or work with the County Extension Coordinator and 4-H Foundation Agent in activities that benefit the youth of the county. May also do office work as needed, such as answer phones, make copies, and assist office visitors.
The majority of the work for this position will be done in the classroom(s) of schools located throughout Dekalb COunty

Minimum Qualifications
16 years or older, willingness to work with youth
