Job Description


This individual will have primary responsibility for Ticket Sales, Service and Retention and will generate revenue for Mizzou Athletics by proactively making outbound phone calls to prospective fans selling tickets to all ticketed sporting events, including, but not limited to full season, partial season, group tickets, and individual game tickets

He or she should be self-motivated, demonstrate excellent customer service, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to build relationships with fans in their portfolio.

The Ticket Sales, Service and Retention Associate will set up in person meetings, attend networking events, and work home games to promote Mizzou Athletics.

This position will be given weekly, monthly and annual goals.

This individual will work with the Director of Ticket Sales, and be willing to work non-traditional hours including weekends, events, and game days.

Additional responsibilities will include organizing large scale events for football/basketball games that will require working closely with other Athletic Department units.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.

Salary


Salary is commensurate with education and experience

Salary Range: $15.75 - $27.42

University Title: SENIOR RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Shift


Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required.

Minimum Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications


Prior sales and customer service experience
