TIG/MIG WELDER
Our client in Capron, IL is hiring for a 1st shift Welder to join their growing team. The Welder is responsible for fitting and welding of steel, aluminum and stainless steel parts using a MIG and TIG process.

Welder Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
- Weld steel aluminum and stainless steel components based on the specifications of blueprints and/or drawings.
- May operate other machinery used in the production process.
- Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using a welding procedure specification.
Welder Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Experience with TIG welding.
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and gauges.
- Ability to identify and measure material.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
