$51k annual salary + Complete Benefit Package!
This position manages franchise store operations including customer service, production, team members, facilities and equipment in order to ensure that Tim Hortons’ standards around people, product, cleanliness and exceptional customer service are fulfilled.
Benefits:
Complete benefit package includes – Salary & Bonus Plan, Medical, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, 401K eligibility after 6 months, 7 days of Paid Sick Leave plus up to 20 days of Paid Time Off.

Qualifications:
- Completion of 2 Year College degree; or equivalent experience
- 45 - 50 hour work week required
- Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date car insurance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Available during full business hours to respond to business needs
- Effective problem solving and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results oriented & ability to lead, train, and develop a team of up to 40 employees
- ServSafe certification training will be provided
