Overview / Responsibilities:

Come join Wood as a Timekeeper in Clute, TX. Wood offers health benefits, 401k, vacation and more. Local candidates preferred but thier is the possibility of remote or hybrid working arrangements. This position will provide timekeeping support for O&M and construction projects the southern and eastern US.

- Input of site based personnel timesheets into the electronic database system to meet
the weekly and monthly payroll deadlines - Billing support including raising of invoices
- Calculation of accounting entries and processing into system
- Check the coding and arithmetical accuracy of hours and data received
- Monthly input of all overtime payments received for project personnel (allowances / excess days)
- Accurate entry of standby and training into time writing database
- Accurate recording of expenses
- Assistance with preparation of monthly client invoices in accordance with contract commercial
terms and conditions - General administrative support to the project accounting team
- Knowledge and experience of MS Office packages, particularly excel
- Strong financial values
- High level of accuracy and detailed nature
- Attention to detail
