Ridgeview Industries is a leading metal stamping and assembly supplier primarily serving the automotive market. We currently employ approximately 600 people across our 4 locations.

We are seeking an experience Die Repairman for our Huntsville, AL. location with a patient, friendly, and positive attitude. The ideal candidate for this role will have the following credentials.

Primary responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot part dimensional issues and make appropriate adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on metal stamping dies and weld tooling.
• Perform shim adjustments on weld and assembly tooling as needed.
• Building and maintain secondary part verification poke yokes.

Qualifications:

• A team player and good communicator
• Effective trouble shooter with an eye for detail
• Must be able to complete projects in a timely manner free from defect
• Proficient using mill, lathe and surface grinders.
• General computer skills
• High School Diploma, equivalent education
• Have a Journeyman Card in Tool & Die Repair or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities from working in the trade
• A self-starter who can work without direct Supervision
