Job Summary: In this position, you will be producing good quality tools and maintain deliverables. Requirements include a minimum of five years of relevant hands on tooling experience and the ability to design, build and fabricate tools.

Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions:

• Perform mold modifications and repairs to damaged tools as needed.
• Detect and report damaged mold, equipment and unusual conditions to supervisor.
• Inspect mold components for damage and/or worn parts. Make a full range of repairs including the most complex, which require the machining of components to very close tolerances.
• Troubleshoot mold problems on the manufacturing floor. Correct problems within limits of established company practices.

ADA Requirements:

• Bend, squat, climb, grasp, reach, lift or otherwise move about frequently and for extended periods of time
• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. frequently, or more occasionally
• Walk, stand or otherwise move about continuously
• Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may require respiratory protection
• Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer
