As the largest US direct marketer of international travel, adventure and discovery for North Americans aged 50-plus with 40 regional offices Worldwide, we continue to expand our business in North Asia. Our exceptional growth has created the need for a North America Business Operations Manager.
The Tour Operator Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Contract Primary vendors in North America such as Hotels, Ground Operators, Coach Companies, Local Airlines to meet operational standard needs.
- Support Achievement of Cost of Goods goals for the region.
- Manage Inventory for all North America programs
- Support Program Directors before, during and after trip
The selected candidate should possess:
- Strong Leadership with experience in organization, and inventory management for North America (minimum 3 years)
- Has related experience in travel business
- Minimum education is bachelor degree or similar
- Able to work under pressure, energetic and have positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal / communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel
- Able to work weekends and be on call during operating season of May- October.
