Wanship Transportation, an established, leader in the field of Regional LTL is opening the door for our customers to expand our service footprint. We offer the unique 3-part service of LTL, temperature controlled, 2nd day service to the western region.

Our customer and their shipments often will require special handling and appointments to be scheduled. You will have the full support of world class truck drivers, amazing planners, first rate equipment, technology, and an amazing staff of associates.
Responsibilities
- Work with existing customers, new customers, freight brokers, internal staff, and our amazing drivers.
- You and your team to book, coordinate, schedule, track, and report on weekly routes.
- You will follow the order from the tender through to billing, including order entry, scheduling, and providing proof of delivery to the customers.
- You will team up with the dispatch team and load planner as well as provide updates to the customers and problem solve as challenges are presented.
Qualifications
- Prior transportation experience in any or all of the following: Transportation Customer Service, Load Planning, Refrigerated LTL or any freight transportation related field.
- Great attitude with a desire to become a part of a team.
- The determination to work hard and smarter than anyone you know.
- Creative negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict.
- The ability to work with the latest technologies.
- An obsession for great customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand new operating systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
