Operations is currently looking to add a Travel Coordinator to their team! The Travel Coordinator role is an opportunity to gain valuable operational experience. Day to day, you will work closely with Driver Managers, Driver Recruiters, Operations Managers, Accounting, etc. As a Travel Coordinator you will be responsible for all driver travel including booking rental cars and hotels.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing time efficiently
- Managing multiple drivers’ travel arrangements at any given time
- Accurately reporting and tracking travel costs
- Maximizing cost effectiveness of company travel
- Effectively communicating with the operations team and drivers
- Making sure drivers’ travel needs are met
