Compass Dental Services & The Smile Spot is a “group practice”. We are locally owned & operated & seeking experienced orthodontic assistants to join our team!

- Good understanding of customer service & desire to work hard to exceed the expectations of our patients.
- Someone who understands our desire in patient care: developing life-long dental patients.

Responsibilities:
- Following the doctors’ treatment plans for the patient
- Cleanliness of clinical area, sterilization of instruments and stocking of clinical supplies
- Regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment, cleaning and preparing of units before each patient
- Chairside assisting and all of the skills involved.
Current Openings:Experienced Dental Assistant for busy Orthodontic office. A Minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Must be available to work varied shifts between the hours of 8am-6:00pm Monday-Friday. Schedule is sent out 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
