Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure best practices/controls to protect company’s bank accounts against misuse and fraud.
- Ensure timely funding of business units and primary accounts.
- Maintain rolling daily cash positioning and 10-day cash forecast to monitor portfolio and business unit cash activity.
- Assists with and uploads rolling 13-week cash forecast into cash analytics.
- Review and decision bank notifications (ACH, Positive Pay, etc.).
- Maintain treasury forecasting system as needed.
- Manage corporate card program.
- Maintain approximately 100 bank accounts, banking services, resolutions and signature cards.
- Assist the Treasurer in reviewing and assigning weekly payment targets to business units.
- Collaborate with other departments on treasury activity and timely payments.
- Provide coverage for cash management-facing personnel in AP and Payroll departments.
- Assist or lead various Treasury initiatives.
- Initiate and/or approve wire and ACH transfers.
- Provide support as required by internal customers and auditors.
- Other duties and/or projects as requested by management
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Three or more years of treasury or finance-related experience preferred.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), DocuSign
- Results-driven, agile, change agent with the commitment and confidence to collaborate across all levels.
- Unquestionable personal integrity, fairness, and credibility necessary to gain the trust and commitment of individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Absolute commitment to maintain fluid movement of funds daily in accordance with company priorities.
- Driven to execution on promises.
- Other: Conscientious, organization, prioritization and excellent accuracy skills
- Occasional late hours as needed
