Job Summary:

Do you want to work at the highest level of treatment for Substance Use Disorders and help some of the most vulnerable members of our community? Utilizing a mindful and person-centered approach, our treatment program utilizes a skilled team including therapists, medical providers, nurses, and treatment technicians to provide individualized care for each patient. Treatment technicians work directly with the patients far more than any other staff and provide valuable insight to the team.

Treatment technicians assist patients in their daily routine, prompting them for groups and activities, assisting with medication disbursement, processing incoming and discharging patients, teach education modules, and run therapeutic activities. Throughout all such activities, treatment techs often closely engage with patients providing emotional support and guidance during the stages of early recovery. Current openings for Relief Staff (under 20 hours/week as needed). Shift differential pay is also offered for graveyard shifts.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment.
• Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per Western’s policies.
• Montana Driver’s License with good driving record

Preferred experience

• One year related work experience as a technician, residential care worker, or similar direct client care position in a behavioral health field, preferred
